Wood like all natural materials, has inherent disparities in colour and grain pattern. The company has no control of variations caused by nature. Due to the natural variation in wood, each piece will have a variation in which it accepts the finishing process. This means each item is unique in its own way (how lovely!). Please note that these variations are part of the natural process and on placing any orders with us, you are accepting these variations. Refunds will not be given due to this. At the moment, we do not paint on wooden products. We like to keep it authentic and natural.

The engraving colour differs per product and per item. The darkness of the engraving cannot be guaranteed. The beauty of using natural material means it’s not been manipulated in any way. Imagine having a unique product like this WITH your personalisation on it and it being the only one that exists in the world… lifetime keepsake! Please refer to the Disclaimer.

There is no reason this should occur as we have a proof of artwork approval process. However, in a rare situation this may happen, please notify us and we will investigate into this as soon as possible. Please make sure you provide us with the right details at the time you order, and then you double check proofs sent to you before production to ensure we engrave the right wording! Refunds will not be given once approved and the order has been completed.

We can make this happen! Additional charges may apply so at the stage of enquiry, do let us know if you have your own logo. Logos must be supplied in black and white and as PDFs or JPEGs.

The logo file must be supplied to us as high resolution, black and white, JPEG or PDF format. Should a logo not be compatible to be engraved, a full refund will be made.
